Dr Fadzli is a Consultant and Addiction Psychiatrist in HKL and Alaminda Specialist Clinic, Shah Alam. He obtained his Medical Degree from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) in 2004 and his Masters of Psychological Medicine from UM in 2012. Later, Dr Fadzli subspecialized in the field of Addiction Psychiatry and was awarded the Fellowship in Addiction and Substance Abuse, by the Ministry of Health, Malaysia and Fellowship in Addiction Psychiatry by the Turning Point, Melbourne in 2017. He is also the Head of Psychiatry Addiction Unit (PADu) and actively involved in supervising and giving lectures to both post-and-undergraduate Psychiatry programs in local and international colleges. His calm and light hearted demeanor has also inspired many students and trainees in dealing with patients with addiction problems. Dr Fadzli has vast experience and expertise in the field and did various research that were published regionally and internationally. He is also actively involved in creating public awareness on mental health, and has been invited as a speaker in various TV and Radio shows as well as online forums.
