Dr Aida is a Rehabilitation Medicine Consultant and Head of the Rehabilitation Medicine Department, HSNZ since 2012. She obtained a degree in Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from University of Adelaide, Australia in 2002. Subsequently, she earned her Masters of Rehabilitation Medicine in 2012. Dr Aida is a highly motivated clinician with vast experience as a coordinator for KIK, accreditation program and a committee member for pain free, wound care and Hospital Mesra Ibadah. Previously, she was the external lecturer for University College Sultan Idris from 2015 to 2018. Apart from doing clinical work, she is also involved in research and publication. She is one of the editors for Protocol Medication Therapy Adherence Clinic Ward & HMR Neurology (Stroke) in 2013. Dr Aida was invited as a speaker to share on the Community Based Rehabilitation at the Second Community Based Rehabilitation World Congress in 2016.
